A kitchen, a counter and a brand cue · all in one tenancy.
** A food-court tenancy fitout at Wagga Wagga Marketplace · designed as a working kitchen, a high-volume service counter, and a piece of brand architecture in one connected package. **
** The brief was a familiar food-court mix. Land the brand from across the food hall, draw customers in, move a queue at lunchtime, and host the equipment a kitchen actually needs without making any of it feel improvised. All of it inside the volumetric envelope and service spine that a centre tenancy gives you. **
** The scheme leads with a calm, confident green palette · darker around the signage and overhead bulkheads, lighter on the counter face, balanced by warm timber-mosaic tiling at floor level. The menu boards are integrated into the joinery as part of the architecture rather than hung on after, so the brand reads as a complete tenancy, not a fitout that's been decorated. **
** Documentation was prepared for the centre management's tenancy review and for Jacques & Co's build programme · shopfront, signage, joinery and service spec resolved as one set rather than handed between disciplines. **
** The tenancy has been trading at Wagga Wagga Marketplace since completion. **
