** The Willans Hill site is generous but steep, with the best aspect pulled hard to the east. The brief was a family home that earned its position on the hill: the views of the city below should feel like part of the architecture, not a passing benefit of where the windows happen to be. **

** The plan steps with the contour, with living rooms held at the upper level and bedrooms tucked behind. Generous outdoor living is held off the east elevation to extend the view-line out through the daily living rhythms. **

** Externally, the materials are pulled from the Wagga residential palette: rendered masonry, dark Colorbond, and a measured restraint that lets the views do the heavy lifting. **
